So easy and fun to use, this system is fantastic! The booklet is in color and very easy to use, super durable. Everything is great quality, the bands make it easy to work out no matter what your fitness level is.... I use them to warm up before I hit the range. They're super easy to attach to almost anything, get those important stretches in. Also, there are some great exercises for strengthening the lower back, something I've always needed to work on. I really didn't anticipate liking this as much as I did and I can't recommend it enough! Gonna get two more for my brothers!!!
